What days can I receieve a consultation?
With many homeowners restricted by work and many other commitments,
Rachelle will consult in your home or workplace, in your spare time, whether that be after work or on the weekends.
Once I accept the quote - how long is the wait for window dressings?
Once you have accepted the quote we will ask you to complete the deposit payment. This is when we order your curtains/blinds/shutters etc. It does depend on the product that you are ordering and Rachelle will give you an indication however we suggest you work on a 4 week turn around time for standard curtains & blinds (please note shutters can take up to 12 weeks)
Do you offer installation services?
Absolutely! All of our quotes include professional installation
What payment options do you accept?
Though our most popular payment method is via internet banking we are also very happy to let you know that we also accept Q-Card, this offers you a long term finance option while still being able to receive your window dressings.
